RESOLUTION NO. 431
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING.
HILLS AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City_ Council of the City of Rolling
Hills hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that it desires
to renew the General Services Agreement currently in effect
between the County and the City for a five-year period terminating
on June30, 1985, and requests the Board of Supervisors to consent
to the renewal of said Agreement subject to the terms and provis-
ions thereof and to authorize County departments to continue to
provide the services requested pursuant to the existing General
Services Agreement.
