A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING VOTING
PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES; APPOINTING PRECINCT
BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF SAID CITY ON
TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 1980, HERETOFORE CALLED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 426 OF THE.CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS;'a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday,
April 8, 1980, has been heretofore called by Resolution No. 426,
adopted on January 14, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS,
CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE.. DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: -
SECTION 1.' That for the purpose of holding said regular
general municipal election, there.shall be and are hereby established
one (1) voting precinct in the City of Rolling Hills, established for
the holding of state and county elections, as said regular election"
precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the
polling place for the respective precinct shall be the place hereinafter
designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and
and qualified electors and residents of the City, are hereby appointed
precinct board members for their respective voting precinct, and they
shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided
by law.

SECTION 2. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore
named as precinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of $35.00
for each Inspector, and $30.00 for each Judge and Clerk for said election.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of
original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage
and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City
Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same
is passed and adopted.
