WISHING YOU A HAPPY THANKSGIVING
City Hall will be closed on Thursday,
November 2 3rd and Friday, November 24th, in
observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Holiday Trash Collection Schedule – No pick-
ups will occur on Thursday, November 23rd. Residents who
normally have their trash collected on Thursday will
receive service on Friday and Friday pick-ups will be
serviced on Saturday.
NOVEMBER 27TH CITY COUNCIL MEETING
The November 27th City Council meeting has been
cancelled. The next meeting will be on Thursday
December 14, 2023 at 7pm. At this meeting the city will
select the next Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem.

The Women’s Community Club of Rolling Hills

UPDATE ON COYOTES
While the City has a contract with LA County’s
Agricultural Commissioner/Weights and Measures
Department to assist with education and services related
to coyotes and other wildlife, their longtime employee
Fernando Barrera recently retired and opened up his own
firm, Wildlife Specialist and Consultant LLC. For those
residents who would like to continue utilizing Fernando’s
services – he can be reached at 424-247-6373 or
coyotespecialist@gmail.com. The City Council will
receive an update and have a discussion on current
services as well as coyote issues at an upcoming meeting.

RHCA HOLIDAY HOURS
The RHCA office will be closing for the holidays from
Friday, December 22nd and will re-open on Tuesday,
January 2nd at 7:30am.
RHCA MEMBERS ANNUAL MEETING AND
BOARD MEMBER ELECTION
Wednesday, January 17, 2024 - 7:30pm
at Dapplegray School Multi-purpose Room
Two seats on the RHCA Board are up for election. Ballots
are due to be mailed out to members on December 14th.
They will be sent out by US mail.
