RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS,INCR.EASING.THE JUNE 30, 1980
ALLOCATION IN THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL 1979/80
FOR REFUSE COLLECTION EXPENSE
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills, by Resolution No. 419,
adopted on the 27th day of August, 1979, fixed the expenditures
for.the Fiscal Year 1979/80 in the sum of $443,431, which sum
included an expenditure of $85,500 for Refuse Collection Expense;
and
WHEREAS, on January 1, 1980 the cost of collecting refuse
in the City of Rolling Hills was increased by agreement with the
collector of the refuse, which increase for the period from
January 1, 1980 to June 30, 1980 is the sum of $40,500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the allocation in the
Budget for Fiscal 1979/80 be increased by the sum of $40,500 to
$126,000, and that the total expenditure to -be made by the City
of Rolling Hills for said fiscal year be the sum of $483,931.

by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of June, 1980 by
