RESOLUTION NO. 448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR VARIANCES AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND APPEALS IN THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 33 authorizes the Planning Commission
of the City of Rolling Hills to grant Variances and Conditional Use
Permits upon proof of certain facts and circumstances, as required
by said Ordinance and the amendments thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City of.Rolling Hills does incur administrative
and legal expenses in connection with the hearing and granting or
denying of said applications for variances and conditional use permits
and variances and appeals; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of. the City of Rolling Hills has
determined that a fair and equitable sum to be charged for the filing
of applications for such variances and conditional use permits and
appeals should be fixed and paid by the applicant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following fees be
fixed and established and charged for applications for granting said
variances, conditional use permits and appeals:
For the filing of Variances or Conditional Use Permits,
the sum of $500;
For the filing of an Appeal, the sum of $750.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of August, 1980 by
the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmembers Pernell, Swanson,Mayor pro tem Rose

ABSENT: Councilmen Crocker, Heinsheimer
