A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING. HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING
TENTATIVE AND FINAL MAPS
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has adopted Ordinance
No. 161 entitled "Division of Land"; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance authorizes the City of Rolling
Hills to fix and establish fees for the filing of tentative maps
and the approval of final maps as provided for in said Ordinance;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has established that the
administrative and legal expenses incurred by the City in processing
said subdivision should be paid by the subdivider;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following subdivision
fees be established and fixed for the filing of tentative and final
maps as provided for by Ordinance No. 161:
1. Filing of a tentative map, $2500 for each proposed new
lot shown on each tentative map;
2. The sum of $2,000 for the approval of the final map,
plus the sum of $125 for each lot in the final map
of said subdivision.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of August, 1980 by
the following vote of the Council:

ABSENT: Councilmen Crocker, Heinsheimer
