Third Street, Long Beach, appeared and presented samples of aerial photography and photogrammetric mapping and explained the uses of the maps , although he stated that professional ethics precluded his submitt?ng a bid for the service an.d requested that the Council consider rxegotiation. The City Attorney advised the Council that he considered . the maps to be biddable items and that the provisions of the Pur- chasing Ordinance No� 18 should be followed in this regarci.
