A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 467 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 464 AND
INITIATING PROCEDURES FOR THE FORMATION OF KLONDIKE CANYON
LANDSLIDE ABATEMENT DISTRICT"
The City Council of. the City of Rolling Hills hereby
resolves as follows:
1. The City Council has been informed by its geological
experts that the proposed plan of control for the Klondike
Canyon Landslide Abatement District will not permanently and
satisfactorily solve the land motion problem.
2. The Council rescinds Resolution No. 467, rescinding
its action towards formation of that district.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1981.
