A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A VOTING
PRECINCT AND POLLING PLACE, APPOINTING PRECINCT
BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF SAID CITY ON
TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 1982, HERETOFORE CALLED BY
RESOLUTION.NO. 476 OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday,
April 13,.1982 -has been reretofore called by Resolution No. 476, adopt-
ed on November 23, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS,
CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding said regular
general municipal election, there shall be and is hereby established
One (1) voting precinct in the City of Rolling Hills established for
the holding of state and county elections, as said regular election
precinct exists on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the
polling place for the respective precinct shall be the place hereinafter
designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and
qualified electors and residents of said City,are hereby appointed pre-
cinct board members for their respective voting precinct and they shall
hold said election and make return thereof in the manner provided by law.

SECTION 2. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore
named as precinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of $35.00 for
each Inspector, and $30.00 for each Judge and Clerk for said election.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book.of
original Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage
and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City
Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which the same
is passed .and adopted..
