A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE`CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF '
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DIS
TRICT NO. 5 OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
RESOLVED, that Jody. Murdock, a member of the City
Council of the City of Rolling Hills, is hereby selected and
designated as an alternate member of the Board of Directors
of County Sanitation District No. 5.of Los Angeles County to
act .in the place of the presiding officer of the City Council
during his absence, inability or refusal to act as a member
of said Board of Directors.
