RESOLUTION NO. 493
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING
TENTATIVE AND FINAL MAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following subdivision fees are
established and fixed for the filing of tentative and final
maps as provided for by Sections 16.28.010,16.28.030,16.24.350,
and 16.24.410 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills:
1. $2,000 for the filing of a tentative map, plus
$2,500 for each lot shown of the tentative map,
including any existing lot or lots.
2. The sum of $3,200 for the review and certification
of the final map, plus the sum of $350 for each.lot
on the final map of said subdivision.
3. The sum for a certificate of compliance or request
for waiver (lot line adjustment or lease project)
shall be $750.00.
4. All fees relative to environmental review pursuant
to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
shall.be separate and based on vendor. cost, and shall
be in addition to those fees established herein.
