A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR VARIANCES,
ZONE CHANGES, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS_ANb APPEALS.
IN THE CITY OF.ROLLING HILLS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following fees are established and
charged for applications for processing variances, zone changes,
conditional use permits and appeals, and paid by the applicant
prior to submission for public hearing pursuant to Section
17.40.040 of the Rolling Hills P.Iunicipal Code:
1. VARIANCES
a. Minor deviation into required yard setback
not exceeding ten (101) feet and attached
to main residential structure $ 500.00
b. All others (front yard detached structure,
rear, side encroachment, etc.)_ $ .850.00
2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS $1,000.00
3. ZONE CHANGE $2,500.00
4. CODE AMENDMENT NON CITY INITIATED $21*1500.00
5. COMBINATION CASES.
Variances and Conditional Use Permits
processed jointly on same property $1,250.00
6. FILING OF AN APPEAL $1,000.00
7. ALL FEES RELATIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIETV
pursuant to California Environmental Quality
.Act (CEQA) shall be separate, based on vendor
cost and in addition to those established herein.
