A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES COLLECTIBLE AT
THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF BUILDING, PLUMBING,
MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following fee is established and
shall be collected for each permit pursuant to sections
15.04.040; 15.08.030; 15.12.030; 15.16.060 of the Rolling
Hills Municipal Code:
1. A) BUILDING PERMIT Two and one half times the
amount set forth in the Building
Code for each fee, table, and
schedule therein.
B) PARK AND RECREATION Each new residential dwelling
FUND FEE shall pay 27o of the first
$100,000 of construction val-
uation, plus .57o of such
valuation over $100,000.
2. PLUMBING PERMIT
3. MECHANICAL PERMIT
Two and one half times the
amount set forth in the Plumb-
ing Code for each fee, -table,
and schedule therein:
Two and one half times the
amount.set forth in the
Mechanical Code for each fee,
table, and schedule therein.
4. ELECTRICAL PERMIT Two and one half times the
amount set forth in the
Electrical Code for each fee,
table, and schedule therein.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect
September 8, 1982.
