A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 445 AND
ADOPTING PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTING THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT AND THE GUIDELINES OF
THE SECRETARY FOR THE RESOURCES AGENCY, AS
AMENDED IN 1982, AND RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS
ACTIONS INCONSISTENT HEREWITH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF.ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Resolution No. 445 is.hereby repealed.
Section 2. In accordance with Public Resources Code
Section 21082, the City Council hereby adopts the procedures attached
hereto.as its Guidelines for the consideration and evaluation of
projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports in
compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended,
and the Guidelines of the Secretary for the Resources Agency, as
amended 1982.
Section 3. All Committees, Boards.and Commissions of the
City of Rolling Hills. shall utilize these,guidelines in effectuating.
actions applying to CEQA....
Section 4. All previous actions or procedures relative
to environmental review are herewith repealed and superceded by the .
action resolved herein..
