RESOLUTION NO. 499
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR A SYSTEM
OF NUMBERING HOUSES ON PINE TREE LANE
WHEREAS, there exists a need for additional numbers for
new residences and lots on Pine Tree Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered a recommendation
from the Planning Commission for the renumbering of said City lots
on Pine Tree Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after carefully considering all
information, is of the opinion that the plan attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is the proper plan
for the renumbering of properties to insure sequential numbering and
comply with requests from the Fire and Sheriff's Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the house numbering
plan described in Exhibit "A" be approved and adopted for Pine Tree
Lane in the City of Rolling Hills, which shall become effective on
November 1, 1982.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of September,
1982.
