A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR RE -NUMBERING
SPECIFIC ODD NUMBERED HOUSES ON PINE TREE LANE'
. WHEREAS, there exists a need for re -numbering homes, since
a new residence exists on Pine Tree Lane, and the previously adopted
plan for the odd numbered homes is premature for implementation,
since subdivision of properties has not occurred; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing
on December 21,-1982 and received public testimony from all concerned
residents favoring changing the numbers for the specific odd numbered
homes on Pine Tree Lane, which would enact the previous.numbering
system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No. 499,
enacted on September 27, 1982 is in need of being repealed.as it
applies to specific odd numbered homes only on Pine Tree Lane as
outlined herein on Exhibit "A";.and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after carefully considering
all information, is of the opinion that the plan attached hereto,
marked'Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is the
proper plan for the renumbering of properties to insure a sound
numbering system for identification purposes and.to comply with
requests from the Fire.and Sheriff's Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the house numbering
plan for the odd numbered homes on Pine Tree Lane, as described in
Exhibit "A"' be adopted for Pine Tree Lane in the City of Rolling Hills,
which shall become effective on February 1, 1983.
