A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING A
SERVICE CHARGE FOR ACTIVATED ALARMS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 9.36.060 OF THE
ROLLING HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The service charge for activated alarms
established in Section 9..36.060 of the Rolling Hills Municipal
Code shall be $42.50 for each response.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of
September, 1983.
