0518RESOLUTION NO. 518 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL HOLIDAY SCHEDULE AND ESTABLISHING BUSINESS OPERATING HOURS The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby resolves as follows: SECTION 1: Resolution No. 481 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2: The official holiday schedule for the City of Rolling Hills is as follows: 1. January 1st 2. February 12th, known as "Lincoln Day" 3. The third Monday in February (celebrated as Washington's birthday) t•. 4. The last Monday in May (Memorial Day celebration) t`- 5. July 4th V 6. The first Monday in September, known as "Labor Day" V 7. September 9th, known as "Admission Day" 8. November 11th, known as "Veterans Day" 9. December 24th (Christmas Eve) 10. December 25th 11. Every...:,day designated by the President of the United States for a public fast, thanksgiving or holiday 12. Friday after Thanksgiving 13. Friday off if the holiday falls on Saturday, and Monday off if the holiday falls on Sunday SECTION .3: City offices shall be closed on Saturday and Sunday. SECTION 4: City offices shall be open for business from 8:00 A.M. to Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. daily, except as noted in Sections 2 and 3 herein.
