RESOLUTION NO. 536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS REPEALING RESOLUTIONS N0. 51.6 AND
526 AND ADOPTING PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTING THE
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, AND THE
GUIDELINES OF THE SECRETARY FOR THE RESOURCES
AGENCY, AS AMENDED
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolutions No. 516 and 526 are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. In accordance with Public Resources Code
Section 21032, the City Council hereby adopts the procedures
attached hereto as its Guidelines for the consideration and
evaluation of projects and the preparation of Encironmental
Impact Reports and Negative Declarations in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and the
Guidelines of the Secretary for the Resources Agency, as
amended.
