A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA ORDERING THE INSTALL-
ATION OF APPOINTED OFFICERS TO THE CITY COUNCIL
TO TAKE''PLACE ON MONDAY, APRIL 14, 1986
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 22844 of the Elections Code of
the State of California, on February 14, 1986 the following persons
were appointed to the offices for which they were nominated:
VIRGINIA A. (GINNY) LEEUWENBURGH Member of the City Council
JOANNE E. (JODY) MURDOCK
GORDANA SWANSON
Member of the City Council
Member of the City Council
WHEREAS, The election scheduled to be held on.Tuesday,
April 8, 1986 was thereby cancelled;
WHEREAS, The persons appointed shall qualify and take office
and serve exactly as if elected at a municipal election for the office;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to.Section 22932.5.of the Elections
Code of the State of California, the City Clerk is authorized to install
the new officers on Monday., April 14, 1986, and to sign and deliver to
each person a certificate of election.
