A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET RECONCILIATION
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills
has established the policy that all major categorical accounts shall
have positive balances; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Treasurer have determine
that there are major categorical expenditure accounts which should be
reconciled to bring same into conformance with Council policy; and
WHEREAS, the Council determines that the major categorical
expenditure accounts, which balances are in deficit, be reconciled
to positive balances by allocated necessary monies from the unappro-
priated General Fund Reserve; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that final.budget reconcilia-
tion for fiscal year 1986-87, as set forth in Exhibit "A" be approved
and adopted.
