RESOLUTION NO. 573
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING AN ALTER-
NATE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 5 OF LOS ANGELES
COUNTY
WHEREAS, the County Sanitation Districts of Los
Angeles County require that a Member of the City Council be
appointed as an Alternate Director to the Board of Directors,
to act in the absence, refusal, or inability of the presiding
officer to so act;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that Ginny
Leeuwenburgh, a Member of the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills, is hereby selected and designated as an alternate
member of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District
No. 5 of Los Angeles County to act in the place of the presiding
officer of the City Council during her absence, inability,
or refusal to act as a member of said Board of Directors.
