A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
OF THE COACHELLA VALLEY
JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills executed the Joint
Powers Agreement of the Coachella Joint Powers Insurance Agency
(CVJPIA), in 1986; and
WHEREAS, the member cities of the Coachella Valley Joint
Powers Insurance Agency have recommended amendments to the Joint
Powers Agreement; and
ATTEST:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council hereby resolves:
1. - To approve the amendments_ to the Joint -Powers
Agreement of the_CVJPIA; - — -
2. To -authorize the City Manager to execute the Amended
Joint Powers Agreement of the Coachella Valley Joint
Powers Insurance Authority.
