A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING VIEW
IMPAIRMENT COMPLAINTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following filing fees are established and
fixed for the filing of view impairment complaints as provided for by
Section 8.32.040 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills:
1. $500 for the filing of a view impairment complaint.
2. All fees relative to expert advice and assistance for the View
Impairment Review Committee shall be separate and based on
vendor cost, and shall be in addition to those fees
—established herein; and shall be paid by the complainant.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of August ,
1988.
I hereby certify that the above Resolution No. 577 was adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills held
on the 22nd day of August 1988 by the following vote:
