X RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS INCREASING FEES FOR PLANNING AND
ZONING SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following fees are .established and
charged for applications for processing variances, site development
reviews, zone changes, conditional use permits and appeals, and shall
be paid by the applicant prior to submission for public hearing,
pursuant to Section 17.40.040 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:
1. VARIANCES
a. Minor deviation into required yard setback not
exceeding ten feet (101) and attached to main
residential structure $1,000.00
b. All others (front yard detached structure, rear,
side encroachment, etc.) $1,250.00
2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS $1,500.00
3. SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW $1,500.00
4. ZONE CHANGE $2,500.00
5. CODE AMENDMENT NON -CITY INITIATED $2,500.00
6. COMBINATION CASES
For multiple applications: The application fee shall be the sum
of the largest fee plus 50 percent (50%) of the basic fee of each
additional application request.
7. FILING OF AN APPEAL $3,500.00
S. ALL FEES RELATIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), shall be
separate, based on vendor cost and in addition to those
established herein.
Section 2. The fees set forth in Section 1 do not exceed
the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services.
