A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING .THE MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AS THE DELEGATE AND
THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AS
THE ALTERNATE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COACHELLA VALLEY JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Rolling
Hills is hereby selected and designated as the delegate to the Board
of Directors of the Coachella Valley Joint Powers Insurance Authority,
to act on behalf of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, and
the City Manager of the City of Rolling is hereby designated as the
alternate member of the Board of Directors of the Coachella Valley
Joint Powers Insurance Authority, to act in place of the Mayor during
his absence.
