RESOLUTION NO. 614
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS SETTING FEES FOR PLANNING, ZONING,
AND SUBDIVISION SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees are established and charged
for applications for processing variances, site development reviews,
zone changes, conditional use permits and appeals, and shall be paid
by the applicant prior to submission for public hearing, pursuant to
Section 17.40.040 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT $1,500.00
00 2. SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW $1,500.00
3. SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW - (MINOR) $ 750.00
W 4. VARIANCE $1,250.00
m 5. VARIANCE - (MINOR) 750.00

6. ZONE CHANGE $2,000.00
7. CODE AMENDMENT - (NON -CITY INITIATED) $2,000.00
8. COMBINATION CASES Varies
For multiple applications: The application
fee shall be the sum of the largest fee plus
fifty percent (50%) of the basic fee of each
additional application request.
9. FILING OF AN APPEAL Varies
For filing an appeal of a decision of the
Planning Commission: The appellant shall
pay a fee equal to two-thirds of the amount
of the original categorical application fee,
to which the appeal relates, and, is the decision
of the Planning Commission, from which the
appellant appeals.
10. ALL FEES RELATIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW Varies
Environmental review fees shall be separate,
pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA), be based on vendor cost
and be in addition to those established herein
SECTION 2. The following fees are established and charged
for applications for processing subdivisions and appeals, and shall be
paid by the applicant prior to submission for public hearing, pursuant
to Section 16.12.060 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:
1. SUBDIVISION MAP $1,500.00
2. POST TENTATIVE AND FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP Varies
APPROVAL
Fees related to the processing of a tentative
subdivision map and a final subdivision map,
after City Council approval, shall be separate
and in addition to those established herein.

3. FILING OF AN APPEAL
Varies
For filing an appeal of a decision of the
Planning Commission: The appellant shall
pay a fee equal to two-thirds of the amount
of the original categorical application fee,
to which the appeal relates, and, is the decision
of the Planning Commission, from which the

SECTION 3. The fees set forth in Sections 1 and 2 above
do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing such
services.
