A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 85-536 AND 86-545 AND
ADOPTING PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTING THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, AND THE GUIDELINES OF THE
SECRETARY FOR THE RESOURCES AGENCY, AS AMENDED 1989.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolution No. 85-536 and 86-565 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. In accordance with Public Resources Code Section
21082, the City Council hereby adopts the procedures attached as
"Exhibit All and incoporated herein by this reference as its
Guidelines for the consideration and evaluation of projects and the
preparation of Environmental Impact Reports and Negative
Declarations in compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act, as amended, and the Guidelines of the Secretary for
the Resources Agency, as amended.
