A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPROVING THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS
REGARDING PARKING REGULATIONS ON EUCALYPTUS LANE.
WHEREAS, the City's Deputy Traffic Engineer has provided
recommendations relating to Eucalyptus Lane parking regulations;
and
WHEREAS, according to the recommendations from the Deputy
Traffic Engineer, parking should be restricted to one side to allow
adequate clearance for vehicle passage; and
WHEREAS, members of the Traffic Commission at their regular
meeting held September 21, 1990 recommended that the City Council
approve the recommendation of the Deputy Traffic Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the members of the Rolling
Hills City Council as follows:
Section 1. Parking on Eucalyptus Lane is hereby restricted
in the following manner:
a. on the north side between the edge of pavement on
Portuguese Bend Road and a. point two hundred and fifty
feet (2501) easterly;
b. on the north side, between four hundred feet (4001) and
four hundred and sixty five feet (4651) east of the edge
of pavement; and
C. on the south side, between two hundred and seventy five
feet (2751) and four hundred and sixty five feet (4651)
of the east edge of pavement.
Section 2. A copy of the parking regulations as described
above are herewith attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 3. City staff is directed to forward copies of this
resolution to property owners on Eucalyptus Lane.
Section 4. The Mayor, or presiding officer, is hereby
directed to affix his signature to this resolution signifying its
adoption, and the City Clerk, or duly appointed deputy, is'directed
to attest thereto.
