A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND RICHSCAPES
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY.
ADMINISTRATION FACILITY AND TENNIS COURT AREA.
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of maintaining its landscaped
areas adjacent to the City Administration Facility and Tennis Court
area; and
WHEREAS, five (5) proposals for landscape maintenance services
were received by the City; and
WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council desire to
enter into a contractual agreement between the City and the
landscape maintenance contractor selected for this service.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the members of the Rolling
Hills City Council as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the attached
between the City of Rolling Hills and Richscapes Environmental
Services for landscape maintenance services for the City
Administration Facility and Tennis Court area.
Section 2. The Mayor, or duly authorized representative, is
hereby directed to execute this Agreement and Resolution on behalf
of the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk, or duly authorized deputy, is
directed to sign this Resolution and Agreement signifying their
adoption and to transmit copies of this Resolution and Agreement
to Richscapes Environmental Services.
