RESOLUTION NO. 625
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES FOR TEMPORARY MUNICIPAL PLANNING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills is responsible for
supplying municipal planning services to its residents; and
WHEREAS, the City is currently recruiting for a full time
Principal Planner; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain and deliver professional
municipal planning services while this recruitment is being
conducted; and
WHEREAS, Willdan Associates has agreed to provide an Assistant
Planner to provide municipal planning services to the City of
Rolling Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the members of the Rolling
Hills City Council as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
attached agreement marked "Exhibit All on behalf of the City and to
sign,Resolution No. 625 signifying its adoption.
Section 2. The City Clerk or duly appointed deputy shall
affix his/her signature to this Resolution signifying its adoption.
Section 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to
Willdan Associates for their execution. n

was approved and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council on October 29, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leeuwenburgh, Murdock, Pernell; Mayor
Heinsheimer
NOES: Councilmember Swanson
