A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS AND THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HUMANE
SOCIETY TO PROVIDE ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES FOR THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills desires to provide animal
control services to its residents; and
WHEREAS,, the Southern California Humane Society desires to
provide animal control services for the City of Rolling Hills; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to enter into a contractual
relationship for animal control services as described in the
attached Agreement (Exhibit A).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Members of the Rolling Hills City Council hereby
adopt the attached Agreement between the City of Rolling Hills and
the Southern California Humane Society.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to sign this
Resolution, and the City Clerk, or duly authorized Deputy is
directed to attest thereto.

SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby directed to affix his
signature to the attached Agreement (Exhibit A) entitled "An
Agreement Between the City of Rolling Hills and the Southern
California Humane Society to Provide Animal Control Services for
the City", and the City Clerk is also so directed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall forward certified copies of
this Resolution to the Southern California Humane Society.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day/6f/June, 1991.

ABSENT: Councilmembers Heinsheimer and Murdock
ABSTAIN: None
