RESOLUTION NO. 646
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes
destruction of voted polling place ballots, voted absent voter
ballots, spoiled, canceled and unused ballots for the years 1980
and 1982 as specified in the City Attorney's written consent on
filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1991.

The foregoing Resolution No. 646 entitled:

on the 24th day of June, 1991 by the following roll call vote:

Heinsheimer.
NOES:
None.
ABSENT: Mayor Pro Teri Swanson and Mayor Pernell.
ABSTAIN: None.
