A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes destruction of office copies of
Dog Licenses issued by the City in the year 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986, and unused Dog
License form books for the year 1984-85 as specified in the City Attorney's written consent
attached to this Resolution and identified as Exhibit "A".
