RESOLUTION NO. -676
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTORTO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills is required to appoint a member of the City
Council to act in the absence, refusal, or inability of the presiding officer to so act;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That Mayor Pro Tem Jody Murdock shall be selected and designated
as an alternate member of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District of Los
Angeles County to act in the place of the presiding officer of the City Council during his
absence, inability or refusal to act as a member of said Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to sign this Resolution, and the City
Clerk, or duly authorized Deputy is directed to attest thereto.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall forward certified copies of this Resolution to the
County Sanitation District of Los Angeles County.

11, 1992 by the following roll call vote:

Mayor Pro Tem Murdoch and Mayor Swanson.
