A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND PENINSULA
LANDSCAPING FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY
ADMINISTRATION FACILITY AND TENNIS COURT AREA.
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of maintaining its landscaped areas adjacent to the
City Administration Facility and Tennis Court area; and
WHEREAS, nine (9) proposals for landscape maintenance services were received by
the City in the Request for Proposal process; and
WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council desire to enter into an
agreement between the City and the landscape maintenance contractor selected for this
service.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the members of the Rolling Hills City Council
as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the attached agreement between the
City of Rolling Hills and Peninsula Landscaping Services for landscape maintenance services
for the City Administration Facility and Tennis Court area.
Section 2. The Mayor, or duly authorized representative, is hereby directed to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk, or duly authorized deputy, is directed to sign this
Resolution and the Agreement signifying the Council's adoption and to transmit copies of
this Resolution and Agreement to Peninsula Landscaping Services.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 1992.

1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Pernell and Leeuwenburgh;
Mayor Pro Tem Murdock.
NOES: Mayor Swanson.
ABSENT: Councilmember Heinsheimer.
ABSTAIN: None.
