RESOLUTION NO. 681
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE 1992-93 FISCAL
YEAR APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year
Appropriations Limit as $259,941; and
WHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State
Department of Finance figures reflect the following statistics relevant to the calculation of
the 1992-93 Fiscal Year Appropriations Limit:
California per capita personal income, minus 0.64% (minus zero point six four
percent).
Population Adjustments for Los Angeles County for 1992,
plus 1.49 (plus one point four nine percent).
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII
B of the Constitution of the State of California, the following figure accurately represents
the 1992-93 Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit of the City of Rolling Hills: $531,962.
