0684r-� 1 RESOLUTION NO. 684 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 MERIT PAY PLAN WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council adopted a revised Personnel Policy Manual on August 26, 1991; and WHEREAS, in that document, the City Council is authorized to establish a salary pool to be used as the basis from which merit increases are granted to City employees; and WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Municipal Budget is adopted and contains necessary funds to provide a standard merit review increase salary adjustment of 4 percent on employee anniversary dates. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The Fiscal Year 1992-93 standard merit increase is hereby established at 4 percent. SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to evaluate employees and provide merit increases pursuant to the rating schedule utilizing the standard merit percentage hereby established. SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby directed to affix his signature to this document and the City Clerk shall attest thereto. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1992.
