RESOLUTION NO. 685
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS FORMALIZING THE ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills opened a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8,
1992 to consider the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget; and
WHEREAS, this public hearing was continued to the meeting of June 22, 1992; and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held June 22, 1992 this public
hearing was closed and the City of Rolling Hills Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget was duly
adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution will serve as formalization of that action of June 22,
1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Members of the Rolling Hills City Council hereby memorialize
adoption of the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget action which took place on June 22, 1992.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to affix his signature to this document
and the City Clerk or duly appointed Deputy is directed to attest thereto.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1992.

13th, 1992 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Leeuwenburgh and Pernell; Mayor Pro Tem

NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Heinsheimer, Mayor Swanson.
ABSTAIN: None.
