A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROLLING HILLS SETTING FEES FOR PLANNING,
ZONING, SUBDIVISIONS, VIEW IMPAIRMENT, TRAFFIC
COMMISSION REVIEW, AND GENERAL
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, AND RESCINDING CITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 614.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following fees are established and charged for applications for
processing discretionary cases for Planning and Zoning, and Subdivisions and shall be paid
by the applicant prior to submission for public hearing, pursuant to Sections 17.40.040 and
16.12.060 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:
A. Conditional Use Permit $ 1,500
B. Site Plan Review $ 1,500
C. Variance $ 19250
D. Variance, Minor
1. Minor deviation into required yard
setback, not exceeding 5' and attached
to main residential structure. $ 750
E. Plan Modification 2/3 of original application fee
F. Appeal Fee 2/3 of original application fee
G. Zone Change $ 2,000
H. Zoning Amendment $ 2,000
I. General Plan Amendment $ 2,000
J. Environmental Review $200 plus county & state fees
K. Environmental Impact Report (EIR)
City consultant fee plus 20%
L. Extension of Time $ 200
M. Lot line Adjustment $ 1,500
N. Tentative Parcel Map $ 1,500 and county fees
plus 20%
O. Tentative Tract Map $ 1,500 and county fees
plus 20%
P. Final Parcel or Tract Map County fees
plus 20%
Section 2. The following fees are established and charged for applications for
processing View Impairment and Traffic Commission cases:
A. View Impairment $ 500
B. Traffic Commission Review
1. New driveways or other traffic related
items. $ 300
Section 3. The following fees are established and charged for General
Administration processing:

Section 4. The fees set forth in Sections 1, 2, and 3 above do not exceed the
estimated reasonable cost of providing such services.
Section 5. Resolution No. 614, May 29, 1990, is hereby rescinded.
