RESOLUTION NO. 743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR
APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year
Appropriations Limit as $259,941; and
WHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State Department of
Finance figures reflect the following statistics relevant to the calculation of the 1994-95 Fiscal Year
Appropriations Limit:
California per capita personal income, plus 0.71% (plus zero point seven one
percent).
Population Adjustments for Los Angeles County for FY 1994-1995, plus 0.75 (plus
zero point seven five percent).
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII B of
the Constitution of the State of California, the following figure accurately represents the 1994-95
Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit of the City of Rolling Hills: $567,911.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of Resolution No. 743.
