A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND G.S. BROTHERS, INC. FOR LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATION FACILITY
AND TENNIS COURT AREA.
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of maintaining its landscaped areas adjacent
to the City Administration Facility and Tennis Court area; and
WHEREAS, G.S. Brothers has been maintaining these facilities since January,
1994; and
WHEREAS, G.S. Brothers has been doing a satisfactory job of landscape
maintenance; and
WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council desire to enter into an
agreement between the City and G.S. Brothers to continue this contractural relationship.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the members of the Rolling Hills City
Council as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the attached agreement between the
City of Rolling Hills and G.S. Brothers, Iric. for landscape maintenance services for the City
Administration Facility and Tennis Court area.
Section 2. The Mayor, or duly authorized representative, is hereby directed to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk, or duly authorized deputy, is directed to sign this
Resolution and the Agreement signifying the Council's adoption and to transmit copies of
this Resolution and Agreement to G.S. Brothers, Inc.
