0786RESOLUTION NO. 786 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE 1996-97 FISCAL YEAR APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS. WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year Appropriations Limit as $256,941; and WHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State Department of Finance figures reflect the following statistics relevant to the calculation of the 1996-97 Fiscal Year Appropriations Limit: California per capita personal income, plus 4.677o (plus four point six seven percent). Population Adjustments for City of Rolling Hills for FY 1996-1997, plus 0.51% (plus zero point five one percent). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of California, the following figure accurately represents the 1996-97 Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit of the City of Rolling Hills: $639,429.
