A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR
TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby finds, resolves and
determines as follows:
The foregoing Resolution No. 799 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR
TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS
was approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 28th day of
October, 1996, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Heinsheimer, Hill, Lay, Mayor Pro Tem Lay
and Mayor Murdock.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.

Section 1. The Bail/Fine Schedule
for violations of Title 10 of the Rolling
Hills Municipal Code adopted by the City Council on August 12, 1996, by Resolution No.
791 entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ADOPTING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS" shall be amended to
add entries for Rolling Hills Municipal Code Sections 10.64.190 and 10.64.200 as follows:
