A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 791 AND
799 AND ADOPTING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULES FOR TITLE 10
VIOLATIONS.
The City Council of the city of Rolling Hills hereby finds, resolves and
determines as follows:
Section 1. The Bail/Fine Schedule for violations of Title 10 of the Rolling
Hills Municipal Code adopted by the City Council of August 12, 1996, by Resolution no. 791
entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ADOPTING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS," and Resolution No.
799, adopted by the City Council on December 28, 1996, entitled '°RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AMENDING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE
FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS," are rescinded. The schedule set forth in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the official Bail and Fine
Schedule for Violations of Title 10 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code (Other Than
Parking).
Section 2. The schedule set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the official Base and Late Fine
Schedule for Violations of Title 10 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code (Parking).
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July 1997.
