A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO RESOLUTION NO. 733 AND
APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 21486, SUBDIVISION NO. 84, A REQUEST
TO SUBDIVIDE A 6.07 ACRE EXISTING LOT THAT HAS ONE
RESIDENTIAL UNIT INTO 2 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS
FRONTING THE NORTHERN TERMINUS OF PINE TREE LANE IN
ZONING CASE NO. 450.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
- Section 1. A request has been filed by Dr. and Mrs. Ramon Cukingnan with
respect to real property located at 16 Pine Tree Lane (Lot 81-RH), Rolling Hills,
requesting an extension to a previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 21486,
Subdivision No. 84, a request to subdivide a 6.07 acre existing lot that has one
residential unit into 2 single-family residential lots fronting the northern terminus of
Pine Tree Lane.
Section 2. The Council considered this item at a meeting on February 9, 1998 at
which time information was presented indicating that the extension of time is
necessary due to the final map preparation process and the need to delay because of
concerns regarding modifications currently proposed for the approved subdivision at 10
Pine Tree Lane, Tentative Map No. 21400 by Mr. and Mrs. William Hassoldt that could
affect conditions required for the Cukingnan tentative map.
Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the City Council
does hereby amend Paragraph 1, Section 12 of Resolution No. 733, dated March 28, 1994,
to read as follows:
1. This Tentative Parcel Map shall expire eight (8) years from the date of City
Council approval. The Tentative Parcel map was approved on and will expire on the
following dates:
APPROVAL DATE: MARCH 28, 1994
EXPIRATION DATE: MARCH 28, 2002 [includes one
one (1) year discretionary extension and one four (4) year discretionary
extension pursuant to Government Code Section 66463.5(c) from the original
expiration date of March 28, 1994 and a one (1) year automatic extension
pursuant to Government Code Section 66452.13]. The approval will become
null and void if a final map has not been timely filed prior to the expiration
date in accordance with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
This approval shall become null and void if a final map has not been timely filed prior

Section 4. Except as herein amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 733 shall
continue to be in full force and effect.
