A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO RESOLUTION NO. 761 AND
APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 22334, SUBDIVISION NO. 83, A REQUEST
TO SUBDIVIDE A 6.16 ACRE EXISTING LOT THAT HAS ONE
RESIDENTIAL UNIT INTO 2 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS
FRONTING THE EAST SIDE OF PINE TREE LANE IN ZONING CASE NO.

THE- CITY- COUNCIL- OF THE- CITY- OF -ROLLING HILL -S -DOES -HEREBY -FIND, -RESOLVE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
. Section 1. A request has been filed by Dr. Robert A. Smith with respect to real
property located at 7 Pine Tree Lane (Lot 86-RH), Rolling Hills, requesting an extension to a
previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 22334, Subdivision No. 83, a request to
subdivide a 6.16 acre existing lot that has one residential unit into 2 single-family
residential lots fronting the east side of Pine Tree Lane.
Section 2. The Council considered this item at a meeting on April 27, 1998 at
which time information was presented indicating that the extension of time is necessary
due to the final map preparation process and the need to delay because the property is in
escrow with Bob and Gretchen Ruth. The Ruths intend to proceed with the subdivision
and will need time for the process of preparing a final map.
Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the City
Council does hereby amend Paragraph 1, Section 13 of Resolution No. 761, dated May 22,
1995, to read as follows:
1. This Tentative Parcel Map shall expire eight (8) years from the date of City Council
approval. The Tentative Parcel map was approved on and will expire on the following
dates:
APPROVAL DATE: Mav 22, 1995
EXPIRATION DATE: Mav 22, 2003 [includes one five (5) year
discretionary extension pursuant to Government Code Section 66463.5(c) from the original
expiration date of May 22, 1997 and a one (1) year automatic extension pursuant to
Government Code Section 66452.13]. The approval will become null and void if a final
map has not been timely filed prior to the expiration date in accordance with provisions of
the Subdivision Map Act."
Section 4. Except as herein amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 761
shall continue to be in full force and effect.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1998.
