A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEE FOR PLANNING AND
ZONING APPLICATIONS INVOLVING ILLEGAL OR "AS BUILT" PROJECTS,
AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 691 REGARDING FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 691 is hereby amended to add a new
paragraph Q to read as follows:
"Q. An additional $400 processing fee shall be established and charged on Planning and
Zoning applications involving illegal or "as built" structures or grading that require
Planning Commission review. In addition, a $200 fee shall be charged for each
additional "stop work order" that is issued if more than one "stop work order" is
required. These processing fees are for processing discretionary cases for Planning and
Zoning illegal or "as built' projects that have been constructed without benefit of
discretionary hearings and shall be paid by the applicant prior to submission for public
hearing, pursuant to Section 17.30.030 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code."
Section 2. Except as herein amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 691 shall
remain in full force and effect.
