A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 835
AND APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SITE
PLAN REVIEW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE IN ZONING CASE NO. 545A.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A request has been filed by Ms. Kelly Tsou with respect to real
property located at 6 Ringbit Road West (Lot 8 -A -2 -SF), Rolling Hills, requesting an extension
to a previously approved Site Plan Review for the construction of a new single family
residence.
Section 2. The Council considered this item at a meeting on February 22, 1999
at which time information was presented indicating that the extension of time is necessary in
order to complete the County of Los Angeles- plan check. process.
Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the City Council
does hereby amend Paragraph A, Section 11 of Resolution No. 835, dated March 9, 1998, to
read as follows:
"A. The Site Plan Review approval shall expire within two years of the
approval of this Resolution."
Section 4. Except as herein amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 835
shall continue to be in full force and effect.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1999.
