RESOLUTION NO. 879
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AMENDMENT NUMBER - 4
TO THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM REIMBURSABLE CONTRACT WITH
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles and the City of Rolling Hills entered into
Community Development Block Grant Program Reimbursable Contract Number
70742, dated July 1, 1997; and amended July 1, 1998, July 1, 1999, and December 21,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles and the City of Rolling Hills desire to
amend said Contract in order for the City of Rolling Hills to better implement the
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills, California, hereby
resolves as follows:
Section 1. TIME OF PERFORMANCE is amended to show a completion date
of June 30, 2001.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of said Contract shall remain the
same.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to affix their
signatures to the attached Agreement (Exhibit "A") entitled, "COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM,
REIMBURSABLE CONTRACT WITH PARTICIPATING CITY, AMENDMENT NUMBER
1.11
Section 4. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution and
4 copies of the signed Amendment to COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
